Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 52-week staff augmentation assignment. The role runs a daytime schedule with 4-hour shifts (10:00 AM - 2:00 PM).

The incumbent will assess clients, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize client outcomes. Responsibilities include evaluating physical and psychosocial capacities, coordinating therapy plans, and maintaining comprehensive documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients' physical capacities and psychosocial functions using standardized and non-standardized tools.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement occupational therapy treatment plans for clients.
• Coordinate treatment plans with other programs for client benefit.
• Provide consultation regarding client progress and treatment recommendations.
• Participate in planning and controlling occupational therapy services, policies, and procedures.
• Contribute as a member of an interdisciplinary team.
• Assess and locate suitable adaptive equipment for clients.
• Document evaluations, observations, and assessments of client performance.
• Maintain accurate records and stay current with knowledge relevant to occupational therapy.
