Job summary

Cynet Health seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist for a 13‑week assignment in Grand Junction, CO. The OT will evaluate, plan, and implement personalized therapy to help participants regain daily living and work skills.

You will work Monday through Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, collaborating with a care team to promote independence and safety in home and community settings.

Qualifications

• Must have degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program (BS/MS/PhD).
• Current state Occupational Therapist license or ability to obtain before employment.
• Current NBCOT registration.
• 2–3 years of OT experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized OT treatment plans.
• Help patients improve strength, mobility, and activities of daily living.
• Coordinate with physicians, nurses, therapists, social workers and other professionals.
• Include home-based safety assessments and coordination of durable medical equipment and supportive services.
