Description:The position involves caring for both inpatient and outpatient adults and geriatrics.The average daily census is 13 patients with 8 visits per day.There are 18 rooms and 22 beds available.Patient diagnoses include neurological, orthopedic, respiratory, and general weakness.The role requires documentation in an electronic health record system.Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, including physical therapy, is essential.Previous experience with adaptive equipment and patient education is required.Responsibilities will also include assessments, discharge planning, and safety education.Flexibility in floating to other units and facilities may be necessary.Medical or religious exemptions are accepted for mandatory vaccinations.Candidates must meet the necessary compliance requirements related to background checks.References will be required to confirm experience.Local candidates will not be accepted for this position.
