Job summary

Ohio Medical Physics Consulting (OMPC, LLC) seeks a full-time Therapy Medical Physicist based in Youngstown, OH to join our growing team and provide the highest level of clinical service at client sites.

The candidate will maintain standards, consult with radiation oncologists and staff, and perform routine physics services, with potential involvement in a Resident Program. ABR certification, MS/PhD in Medical Physics, and valid state license are required.

Qualifications

  • MS or PhD in Medical Physics.
  • Valid state registration/approval.
  • Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

Ohio Medical Physics Consulting (OMPC, LLC) is seeking a full time Therapy Medical Physicist based in Youngstown, OH to join our growing team.

  • This position is based in Youngstown, OH
  • This clinic is equipped with 5 Elekta Linear Accelerators
  • This facility also has an HDR Unit, CT Simulator, Pinnacle, Mosaiq, MIM, SRS Cones & MLC
  • This clinic has an incredibly welcoming team
Primary Responsibilities
  • Maintain standards and regulation requirements
  • Adhere to client and company policies and procedures
  • Consult with radiation oncologists and staff
  • Perform routine physics services
  • Willing to be a Resident Program Staff Member working with residents

Education And Experience Requirements
  • ABR Certified Medical Physicist or Board Eligible
