Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking an Assistant Manager of Therapy (AMOT) to support the director of therapy across rehabilitation services (PT, OT, SLP). You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, lead staff development, and report on service efficiency and effectiveness to the director.

A passion for geriatric care and prior supervisory experience are valued. This full-time role emphasizes compassionate care, regulatory awareness, and a culture built on C.A.R.E.

Qualifications

• Current and valid OT license in the state (Indiana).
• Passion for geriatric advocacy and senior care excellence.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to residents, families, customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the director of therapy overseeing rehabilitation services (PT, OT, and SLP).
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and lead staff development.
• Communicate to the director when therapy services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
