American Senior Communities is seeking an Assistant Manager of Therapy (AMOT) in Lafayette to support the director of therapy across PT, OT, and SLP services. You will lead staff development, partner with an interdisciplinary team, and help ensure efficient, high-quality rehabilitation care for residents.

The role emphasizes collaboration, compassionate leadership, and strong communication with residents, families, and colleagues to uphold C.A.R.E. values.

Qualifications

• Licensure in Indiana for PT/OT/SLP/COTA/PTA.
• Strong passion for geriatric advocacy and senior care excellence.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Demonstrates CARE values toward residents, families, staff and customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist director of therapy in overseeing rehabilitation services (PT, OT, SLP).
• Provide leadership in staff development and performance improvement.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver efficient therapy services.
