What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own the customer implementation process to drive adoption of new Pelvic Health therapies within targeted accounts
- Provide education and technical support to healthcare professionals (HCPs) to enhance their understanding and long-term adoption of new therapies
- Identify and resolve implementation challenges while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HCPs and staff at supported sites
- Provide on-site technical support during initial procedures to ensure proper usage and compliance with safety protocols
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or a related healthcare discipline)
- 5+ years of experience in a clinical or medical device environment with a focus on physician training and OR technical product support
- Willingness to travel extensively to provide on-site technical support
- Strong understanding of surgical procedures and medical device technology
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced degree or certification in a relevant field
- Experience with product launch and market introduction of medical devices
- Proven track record of successful physician training and/or case coverage
- Confidence to provide constructive feedback to physicians to improve performance
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional partners
