What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a regional expert in Venus Thromboembolism (VTE) care path, driving knowledge and education across the regional teams
- Develop and execute education and clinical care path strategies, supporting clinical program development
- Manage account education initiatives throughout the project lifecycle and communicate effectively with regional sales teams
- Identify and organize local/regional care path tradeshows and conferences to enhance product awareness
- Foster relationships with key customers and opinion leaders to promote understanding and adoption of related products
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in program development and quality initiatives in the healthcare field
- Strong clinical background, preferably as a BSN/RN with experience as a PERT, VTE, or Stroke Coordinator
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in program development, clinical quality improvement, and B2B or field marketing
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic work environment
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills for diverse audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in developing and executing strategic customer initiatives
- Program Management experience, especially with LEAN Sigma
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate regional activities and adapt strategies
- Willingness to conduct business outside typical working hours
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment
