What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a regional expert in VTE care path, driving knowledge and optimization across regional teams
- Develop and execute education and clinical care path strategies to support clinical program development
- Manage account education initiatives throughout the project lifecycle and communicate effectively with the sales team
- Identify and organize local/regional care path tradeshows and conferences to enhance product awareness
- Establish and foster relationships with key customers and opinion leaders to drive understanding and adoption of products
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in program development, quality initiatives, and medical device field
- Experience as a PERT, VTE or Stroke Coordinator, or in ED, ICU, Pulmonology, or related practice area is highly preferred
- 3+ years of experience in program development, clinical quality improvement, and B2B or field marketing
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills for diverse audiences
