Life Enriching Communities in Reynoldsburg, Ohio, seeks a Therapy Coordinator to oversee our in-house rehabilitation program. This full-time role supports the Director of Therapy by planning daily services, coordinating staff, and ensuring care aligns with organizational goals and safety standards.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited Physical/Occupational/Speech Language therapy program.
• 1-2 years of related experience.
• Current Physical/Occupational/Speech Language Therapy state license.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Director of Therapy with coordinating purchasing for the department.
• Plan daily rehabilitative services in line with organizational goals.
• Assign tasks and cases to staff.
• Assist staff to ensure proper level of care is delivered.
• Handle administrative functions of the rehabilitation program.
• Maintain a safe, secure and compliant work environment.
• Establish and maintain a high level of quality.
• Ensure safety standards are regularly met.
• Understand and apply all legal standards within daily operations.
• Abide by Code of Conduct and report violations.
• Handle general administrative duties for departmental campus-wide issues.
• Assist with daily departmental working schedule.
• Perform and document initial exams, identify problems, diagnose, and plan reevaluation.
• Coordinate departmental programs and presentations across the campus.
• Pursue personal development opportunities to refine skills, including technological solutions.
