Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, seeks a Director of Rehab/Management to lead our SNF and long-term care rehab teams in Ohio. This role emphasizes strong leadership, clinical program oversight, and collaboration with facility leadership to achieve quality patient outcomes.

You will supervise multidisciplinary staff, develop programs, ensure documentation standards, and promote professional growth through internal transfer opportunities and education support.

Formación

• Licensed PTA, COTA, PT, OT, or SLP in the state of practice.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in rehab.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to build teams.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and rehab program compliance.
• Ability to manage staff performance and clinical quality.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and support all members of the rehab team across disciplines.
• Ensure clinical programs operate effectively and consistently.
• Lead and participate in facility meetings as scheduled.
• Develop and implement new clinical programs and initiatives.
• Monitor compliance with screening policies and documentation standards.
• Oversee timely completion of documentation and chart audits.
• Ensure staff adhere to policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with facility and upper management to support rehab goals.
