Job summary

American Senior Communities' University Nursing Center in Upland, IN is seeking a Therapy CNA (Therapy Aide) to support residents through therapy-assisted activities and daily living tasks. The role includes Friday/Saturday therapy coverage and three days on the floor to promote a homelike, compassionate care environment.

You will work with therapy and facility teams to ensure coordinated care, provide companionship, assist with mobility, and uphold the CARE values of Compassion, Accountability,

Qualifications

• Valid and current CNA certification in Indiana.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending and assisting with resident mobility.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
