Job summary

Harrison Terrace in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Therapy CNA (Therapy Aide) for Sunday through Thursday with an 8-hour day shift. The role supports residents with daily living activities, provides companionship, and helps maintain a warm, homelike environment focused on dignity and individualized attention.

The Therapy CNA will collaborate with therapy and facility teams, perform lifting and mobility assistance as needed, and uphold the C.A.R.E.

Qualifications

• Valid and current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Indiana.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and assisting with resident mobility.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to residents, family members, customers and staff: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence.
