Job summary

American Senior Communities, LLC is seeking a Therapy CNA (Therapy Aide) to join University Nursing Center in Upland, IN. You will support residents with daily living activities, provide companionship, and assist therapy teams to deliver coordinated care in a warm, homelike environment.

The role emphasizes compassion, teamwork, and excellence in geriatric care, with Friday/Saturday therapy and three days on the floor as part of the schedule. Experience with CNA duties is required.

Qualifications

• Valid and current CNA certification in Indiana.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and assisting with resident mobility.
• Geriatric nursing passion and commitment to senior care excellence.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living to promote independence and comfort.
• Provide companionship and a comforting presence to residents.
• Support therapy and facility teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
