Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a Therapy CNA (Therapy Aide) at Trailpoint Village for part-time schedules. Monday–Friday or Sunday–Thursday options available. The role emphasizes compassion, safety, and collaborating with therapy and nursing teams to deliver high-quality resident care.

The Therapy CNA will assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, and uphold the facility’s CARE values in a supportive, homelike environment for seniors.

Qualifications

• Valid Indiana CNA certification required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and senior care excellence.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
