Job summary

American Senior Communities, LLC seeks a Therapy CNA to support residents with daily living activities and mobility. This full-time role runs Tuesday through Saturday, 7:30 am to 4 pm, delivering compassionate care and companionship in a homelike setting.

You will collaborate with therapy and facility teams to ensure coordinated care, uphold dignity, and maintain a supportive environment for residents and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Valid and current CNA certification in Indiana.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and resident mobility.
• Geriatric care passion and commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities
