You will assist with mobility and ADLs, work closely with therapy and other facility teams, and contribute to coordinated, compassionate care for our seniors.

Qualifications

• Valid Indiana CNA certification required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and resident mobility.
• Geriatric care passion and commitment to senior care excellence.
