Job summary

PsychPlus in Maine is seeking a licensed Therapy Clinical Director who combines direct patient care with clinical leadership and supervision, overseeing 28-30 patients weekly while guiding a team of associate clinicians.

During the initial phase, you will work remotely as we establish the Maine clinic, then transition to an in-person or hybrid role at the new location, helping strengthen clinical programs and promote quality care.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed clinician eligible to provide supervision in Maine.
• Strong clinical and leadership experience.
• Passion for mentorship and team growth.

Responsibilities

• Split: 70% clinical and 30% administrative duties.
• Maintain an active caseload of ~28–30 patients per week.
• Supervise and support up to 10 associate clinicians.
• Conduct clinician interviews and support team development.
• Help strengthen clinical programs and promote quality care.
• Initially remote; transition to in-person or hybrid at Maine clinic location.
