Job summary

EmpowerMe Wellness seeks a Clinic Director to lead care delivery across our Redmond communities. You will oversee therapy teams, mentor clinicians, and partner with community leadership to implement the EmpowerMe 360 model, ensuring seamless coordination of therapy, wellness, and medical services for residents.

You will drive resident engagement and enrollment while maintaining hands-on practice and a visible leadership presence in the community.

Qualifications

• Licensed therapist in PT/OT/SLP with current credentials.
• Leadership or mentorship experience, formal or informal.
• Experience leading a team, program, or clinical initiatives preferred.
• Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives.
• Strong clinical skills with a collaborative spirit.
• Desire to lead, connect and be visible in the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services while leading the team in delivering high-quality care.
• Mentor clinicians and grow their clinical skills and confidence.
• Partner with community leadership to implement EmpowerMe 360.
• Build relationships to drive resident engagement and enrollment.
• Coordinate care across therapy, wellness and medical services.
• Lead team performance, scheduling and clinic operations.
• Contribute to program development and quality improvement.
