Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; one year certificate preferred.
• CPR certification required within 90 days; includes BLS/NRP as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to department goals while following policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Greets patients professionally; informs therapists of arrivals and escorts patients as needed.
• Assists with patient treatment under supervision; may support defined treatment sessions.
• Routinely stocks linens and maintains par levels of clinical supplies.
• Cleans and maintains equipment and treatment areas; reports broken equipment to supervisor.
• Performs administrative tasks and schedules the next day to ensure efficient patient care.
