Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year certificate from college or technical school preferred.
• CPR certification (AHA/Red Cross) within 90 days required.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients professionally, informs therapist of arrival, and escorts to treatment areas.
• Assists with patient treatment under therapist supervision and provides coverage as needed.
• Routinely stocks linens and maintains supply levels; assists in ordering new supplies.
• Performs administrative tasks, prepares the next day’s schedule, and supports overall patient care delivery.
• Ensures equipment and treatment areas are clean, organized, and safe; reports any issues to supervisor.
• Answers telephones and handles other clerical duties as requested.
