Job summary

Olympic Sports & Spine is hiring a Physical Therapy Clinic Aide for our Puyallup East Main location. The role supports the clinic staff with both clinical and front‑office duties, including modality setups and basic administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience assisting in a physical therapy or clinical setting is preferred.
• Ability to perform administrative tasks and support clinic staff.
• Comfort with basic therapeutic modality setups and equipment handling.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and front-office support as directed by therapy staff.
• Set up therapeutic modalities and prepare treatment rooms.
• Perform filing, scanning, answering phones, and general administrative duties.
• Stock exam rooms, manage inventory, and assist with daily clinic operations.
• Under supervision of therapists, therapy assistants, and patient service representatives.
