Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a Treating Center Manager (Clinician – PT/OT) to oversee center operations, manage a full patient caseload, supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive growth through local referrals.

The role requires graduate of an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy program, active licensure and CPR certification; strong leadership and Windows-based systems skills; and the ability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds. Full-time on-site position.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating therapy operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Staff Therapists and Aides; conduct performance reviews.
• Oversee center profitability, budgets, and caseload efficiency.
• Evaluate and treat patients; ensure high-quality care and thorough documentation.
• Ensure compliance with State/Federal regulations, Medicare standards, and OSHA protocols.
• Oversee clinic facilities, equipment calibration, and supply ordering.
