Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy program.
• Credentials: Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Skills: Strong leadership, clinical problem-solving, and basic proficiency in Windows-based systems.
• Physical: Ability to stand/walk, transfer patients with safe mechanics, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Leadership: Supervise Staff Therapists and Aides, conduct reviews, and manage employee relations.
• Operations: Manage center profitability, budgets, and caseload efficiency.
• Clinical Care: Evaluate and treat patients, ensuring high-quality care and documentation.
• Compliance: Adhere to State/Federal regulations, Medicare standards, and OSHA safety protocols.
• Facility Management: Oversee clinic cleanliness, equipment calibration, and supply ordering.
