Job summary

Sora Resource Group is seeking a Treating Center Manager (PT/OT) to oversee therapy center operations and ensure high-quality patient care. You will supervise staff, manage budgets, and drive growth through local marketing and referral development.

You must hold a state license in Physical or Occupational Therapy, be CPR certified, and demonstrate strong leadership with hands-on clinical oversight. The role is full-time and based in California.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong leadership, clinical problem-solving abilities, and basic Windows proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff therapists and aides; conduct performance reviews.
• Manage center profitability, budgets, and caseload efficiency.
• Evaluate and treat patients with high-quality care and documentation.
• Adhere to State/Federal regulations, Medicare standards, and OSHA safety.
• Oversee clinic cleanliness, equipment calibration, and supply ordering.
