Job summary

Ivy Rehab Network in New Jersey is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to help keep the clinic clean and safe, support front desk tasks, and assist therapists in daily patient care. This role is ideal for students in exercise science or healthcare fields who enjoy helping others.

You will contribute to a welcoming, efficient clinic culture while gaining exposure to physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and ABA services in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced clinic setting and maintain a positive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with patient-facing bedside manner.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Proven customer service and patient-care experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinic cleanliness and equipment safety.
• Support front office tasks: answer phones, collect copays, check in patients.
• Communicate with patients and families to ensure a calm, informed experience.
• Assist clinical staff and cue patients for therapy sessions.
