Ivy Health is seeking a Therapy Aide to help keep our clinic safe and organized while assisting the front desk with phones, copays, and patient check-ins. You’ll support patients and families and work closely with therapists across our pediatric and rehab services.

Ideal candidates enjoy healthcare, have strong communication, and can handle a fast-paced environment. Shifts may include weekends and flexible hours in a supportive team setting.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and bedside manner.
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Proven exceptional customer service and patient care experience.
• Self-motivated with drive to exceed patient expectations.
• Flexible to work varied shifts and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Maintain clinic safety and cleanliness of equipment.
• Support front office tasks: answering phones and collecting copays.
• Check in patients and communicate with patients and families.
• Collaborate with therapists to support patient care.
