Ivy Health is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to support the clinic team by keeping equipment safe and clean and assisting the front desk with phones, copays, and patient check-in.

This role is ideal for students pursuing exercise science or healthcare fields and offers exposure to physical, occupational, speech therapy, and ABA services within a values‑driven, inclusive culture. Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and assist front office with check-in and phone coverage.
• Assist with collecting copays and scheduling.
• Ensure equipment and clinic areas are clean and safe.
• Communicate with patients and families to coordinate care.
• Support therapists and maintain a positive patient experience.
