Job summary

Ivy Health is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to help keep the clinic safe, clean, and efficient while supporting front office duties and patient care. You will assist with check-ins, phone coverage, copay collection, and family communication, working closely with therapists across multiple services.

The role offers exposure to physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and ABA services, with emphasis on teamwork, authentic inclusion, and growth within a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Support front office tasks: answering phones, collecting copays, checking in patients, and communicating with patients and families.
• Maintain equipment and clinic cleanliness to ensure a safe environment for patients.
• Assist therapists and clinicians as needed and coordinate care components.
• Collaborate with leadership and partners to ensure seamless patient care.
