Job summary

ivyhealth is seeking a Therapy Aide to keep our clinic safe, clean, and welcoming for patients. You will support therapists and the front desk by answering phones, collecting copays, checking in patients, and communicating with patients and their families.

This role is an excellent fit for students pursuing exercise science, physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech therapy who enjoy healthcare and helping others.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and bedside manner.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Proven experience in customer service and patient care.
• Self-motivated with drive to exceed patient expectations.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts and some weekends.
