Job summary

Main Line Health is seeking a Therapy Aide for Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital on a part-time, day-shift schedule (8am-4:30pm). You will prepare patients and equipment for therapy and assist therapists to support the patient experience.

This role offers hands-on learning across physical, occupational, and speech therapy teams. With 1 year of healthcare exposure and a high school diploma, you’ll be eligible for tuition reimbursement up to $6,000 per year and access to employee discounts plus free

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in health care setting with skills generally acquired through previous experience, a formal program, or educational training.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Healthcare Provider CPR required on hire.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients and equipment for therapy sessions.
• Assist therapists as needed during therapy.
• Support the patient experience and ensure safety during therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with the therapy team to coordinate care.
