Job summary

Amenity Health Services is hiring a Talent Recruiter focused on therapy services including ABA and nursing support. The role sources and screens candidates, builds a talent pipeline, and coordinates with hiring managers across departments to fill roles.

You’ll partner with leadership to craft compelling job descriptions and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process. The position offers full-time employment in Houston, with benefits after 90 days and opportunities for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of two years in health care recruitment, specifically therapy, ABA or nursing services.
• Great customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in therapy, ABA and Private Duty Nursing.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks and referrals.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
• Manage candidate relationships, providing timely updates and feedback through the recruitment process.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
• Maintain open and effective communication with candidates, hiring managers and other stakeholders.
