Job summary

RFS Behavioral Health is expanding its school-based therapy team across Ohio. We seek licensed clinicians to provide behavioral health services to children and adolescents in school settings, working with a collaborative clinical team in daily practice.

The role offers a full-time position in Ohio, with a salary in the $56,000–$65,000 range and a $2,500 sign-on bonus available for the Marion location. RFS is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Ohio behavioral health license required.
• LPC, LPCC, LSW or LISW licensure required or eligible.
• Newly licensed and early-career clinicians encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based behavioral health services including individual therapy and clinically appropriate services.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Deliver crisis intervention and behavioral health support.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and the clinical team.
• Complete timely clinical documentation and coordinate care.
