Job summary

RFS Behavioral Health is growing its school-based therapy team across Ohio, seeking licensed clinicians to support children and adolescents in school settings.

This full-time role offers a $60,000–$65,000 annual salary, a collaborative clinical team, benefits and paid holidays, and a $2,500 sign-on bonus for Marion location. You will provide individual therapy, assessments, crisis intervention, and care coordination with families and schools.

Qualifications

• Ohio behavioral health license required (LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW).
• Experience in school-based settings with children and adolescents preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based behavioral health services including individual therapy.
• Conduct assessments and treatment planning.
• Deliver crisis intervention and behavioral health support.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and the clinical team.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and coordinate care.
