Job summary

RFS Behavioral Health invites dedicated therapists to join our school-based program in Marion, Ohio. You will deliver individual therapy to students, conduct assessments, and develop treatment plans to support behavioral health needs within the school setting.

We seek clinicians licensed in LPC/LPCC/LSW/LISW with a passion for children and families. Marion site offers a $2,500 sign-on bonus and a collaborative team environment with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must hold an Ohio behavioral health license (LPC/LPCC/LSW/LISW).
• Newly licensed and early-career clinicians are encouraged to apply.
• Experience delivering school-based therapy is a plus.

Responsibilities

Salary Range: $56,000.00 To $65,000.00 Annually

What You'll Do

As a School-Based Therapist, you'll:

• Provide individual and clinically appropriate therapeutic services
• Complete assessments and individualized treatment plans
• Provide crisis intervention and behavioral health support
• Collaborate with families, school personnel, and the RFS clinical team
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Coordinate care and connect families with resources when appropriate

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking clinicians who are passionate about working with children and adolescents and hold an applicable Ohio behavioral health license, including:

LPC | LPCC | LSW | LISW
