Job summary

RFS Behavioral Health is expanding its school-based clinical team in Ohio and seeks compassionate therapists to support children and adolescents in multiple communities, including Marion. As a School-Based Therapist you will provide individual therapy, complete assessments and treatment plans, offer crisis intervention, and collaborate with families and school staff while maintaining documentation.

• Newly licensed clinicians encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do

As a School-Based Therapist, you'll:

• Provide individual and clinically appropriate therapeutic services
• Complete assessments and individualized treatment plans
• Provide crisis intervention and behavioral health support
• Collaborate with families, school personnel, and the RFS clinical team
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Coordinate care and connect families with resources when appropriate

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking clinicians who are passionate about working with children and adolescents and hold an applicable Ohio behavioral health license, including:

LPC | LPCC | LSW | LISW
