Hillsides in East Los Angeles is seeking a Therapist for Wraparound Services to provide community-based and home-based family therapy under supervision, documenting sessions per DMH regulations. This essential role supports youth and families with trauma-informed care and collaborative treatment planning.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in a social service related field.
• Registered with the BBS and holds a BBS number.
• Experience working with severely and emotionally disturbed children.
• Valid California driver's license and driving record acceptable to Hillsides' insurance carrier.

Responsabilités

• Conduct Community-based and Home-based Intensive Services, conjoint, and group family therapy sessions under the supervision of the clinical supervisor.
• Document therapy sessions and additional documentation based upon DMH regulations.
• Attend training sessions and staff meetings with program/clinical supervisors both in-person and virtually.
• Responsible for assessment, diagnosing, treatment planning, safety planning, and treatment and follow-up.
• Available on-call, 24/7, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed to provide support for clients and families during emergencies and crises, both in person and virtually.
• Directly implements program protocols and guarantees that procedures are consistent with protocols.
• Available to facilitate a parenting group or assigned group on a quarterly basis and as needed.
• Assist with covering caseloads in additional programs as needed.
• Work alongside a multi-disciplinary team for treatment delivery.
• Other duties as required

Starting Salary Range: $71,500 - 80,500

• Therapist BBS $71,500
• Therapist BBS plus Bilingual $ 75,500
• Therapist BBS, Bilingual, plus Licensed $ 80,500

Wraparound Stipend: $3,500 per year (In addition to the salary, the position is eligible for the stipend)

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & CERTIFICATES

• Masters Degree in a Social Service related field
• Registered with the BBS and has a BBS number
• Previous experience working with severely and emotionally disturbed children
• Valid California drivers license, driving record and personal vehicle insurance acceptable to Hillsides' insurance carrier
