Job summary

Adult & Child Health in Indianapolis seeks a licensed Therapist to provide evidence-based therapy for individuals, couples, families, and groups across outpatient, community, school-based, and telehealth settings.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a behavioral health field and active licensure in Indiana, with a commitment to trauma-informed, person-centered care and collaborative team-based treatment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, LMFT/LPCS/LCSSW or related field.
• Current licensure in state of practice as LPC/LCSW/LMFT or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake, assessments, diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, couples, and family therapy across settings.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the EHR and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in supervision and training.
