Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Must be eligible for licensure as a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments to determine client needs and appropriate interventions.
• Create individualized treatment plans with clients and families in collaboration with the treatment team.
• Deliver therapy in individual, group, and family sessions.
• Document all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes per policy.
• Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care.
