Job summary

Compass Health Network in Missouri is seeking a licensed therapist to join our Residential team. You will provide individual therapy, develop treatment plans, and offer crisis intervention for adults facing mental health and/or substance use challenges. | As part of a multidisciplinary team, you’ll deliver person-centered, integrated care and collaborate with colleagues to support daily functioning and wellbeing. This full-time role offers benefits and opportunities for licensure supervision.

Qualifications

• Must hold licensed therapist credential in Missouri.
• Experience with adult mental health and/or substance use preferred.
• Ability to provide individual therapy and crisis intervention.
• Team-oriented with willingness to supervise licensure if applicable.

Support Adults on Their Recovery Journey Through Compassionate Counseling

Hours: Sunday-Thursday 8 am - 5 pm

Compass Health Network is seeking a licensed therapist to join our Residential team. In this meaningful role, you’ll provide individual therapy, treatment planning, and crisis intervention for adults experiencing mental health and/or substance use challenges.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you’ll support clients through person-centered, integrated care—helping them build the tools needed to improve daily functioning and enhance overall wellbeing.

This is a full-time, benefit-eligible position. The schedule is Tuesday - Sunday, 40 hours weekly.
