Job summary

Compass Health Network is seeking a licensed therapist to join our Adult Outpatient team. You will provide individual therapy, treatment planning, and crisis intervention for adults facing mental health or substance use challenges.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you’ll contribute to person-centered, integrated care aimed at improving daily functioning and overall wellbeing. This is a full-time, benefit-eligible role with a Monday–Friday 9am–5pm schedule.

Qualifications

• Licensed therapist with current credentials.
• Experience in adult mental health or substance use treatment is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy for adults experiencing mental health or substance use concerns.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for clients.
• Offer crisis intervention and triage when needed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate integrated care.
• Support licensure supervision or supervision opportunities when applicable.
