Job summary

Compass Health Network is seeking a licensed therapist to join the Adult Outpatient team in Lebanon, KY. You will provide individual therapy, develop treatment plans, and deliver crisis intervention for adults facing mental health and substance use challenges.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you’ll support clients through person-centered, integrated care that aims to improve daily functioning and overall wellbeing. This is a full-time role 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work or psychology required.
• Provisionally or fully licensed in Missouri: PLPC, LPC, PLMFT, LMFT, LMSW, or LCSW.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy and support services to adult clients.
• Serve as team coordinator for referrals, waitlists, and client care.
• Conduct clinical assessments and complete treatment plans with clients.
• Provide triage and crisis intervention during Open Access hours.
• Maintain accurate documentation per agency/state regulations.
• Coordinate care with internal and external providers for wraparound support.

Support Adults on Their Recovery Journey Through Compassionate Counseling

Compass Health Network is seeking a licensed therapist to join our Adult Outpatient team. In this meaningful role, you’ll provide individual therapy, treatment planning, and crisis intervention for adults experiencing mental health and/or substance use challenges.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you’ll support clients through person-centered, integrated care—helping them build the tools needed to improve daily functioning and enhance overall wellbeing.

This is a full-time, benefit-eligible position. Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy and support services to adult clients
• Serve as a team coordinator for referrals, waitlists, and client care (particularly in CSTAR/OUD settings if applicable)
• Conduct clinical assessments and complete treatment plans in collaboration with persons served
• Provide triage services during Open Access hours, when needed
• Deliver culturally competent services that align with the unique needs of each person
• Maintain complete, accurate, and timely documentation in accordance with agency and state regulations
• Interface and coordinate care with other internal and external service providers to ensure wraparound support
• Offer crisis intervention services during daytime hours per agency protocol
• Participate in treatment team meetings and quality assurance activities
• Provide licensure supervision (if applicable)
• Meet agency-defined productivity standards and customer care expectations
• Attend all required training and maintain compliance with funders and accrediting bodies

Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work or psychology required
• Provisionally or fully licensed in Missouri:
  • PLPC, LPC, PLMFT, LMFT, LMSW, or LCSW
