Job summary

Compass Health Network is seeking a licensed therapist to join our Adult Outpatient CSTAR/Substance Use team in Eldon, MO. You will provide individual therapy, treatment planning, and crisis intervention for adults facing mental health and/or substance use challenges.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you’ll deliver person-centered, integrated care, supporting clients to build tools for better daily functioning and wellbeing. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work or psychology is required.
• Provisionally or fully licensed in Missouri: PLPC, LPC, PLMFT, LMFT, LMSW, or LCSW.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy and support services to adult clients.
• Serve as a team coordinator for referrals, waitlists, and client care (particularly in CSTAR/OUD settings if applicable).
• Conduct clinical assessments and complete treatment plans in collaboration with persons served.
• Provide triage services during Open Access hours, when needed.
• Deliver culturally competent services that align with the unique needs of each person.
• Maintain complete, accurate, and timely documentation in accordance with agency and state regulations.
• Interface and coordinate care with other internal and external service providers to ensure wraparound support.
• Offer crisis intervention services during daytime hours per agency protocol.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and quality assurance activities.
• Provide licensure supervision (if applicable).
• Meet agency-defined productivity standards and customer care expectations.
• Attend all required training and maintain compliance with funders and accrediting bodies.

This is a full-time, benefit-eligible position. Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
