Job summary

Compass Health Network is seeking a licensed therapist to join our Adult Outpatient team. You provide individual therapy, treatment planning, and crisis intervention for adults with mental health or substance use challenges within a multidisciplinary setting.

The role is full-time and benefit-eligible, with licensure supervision support if applicable, and a focus on culturally competent, person-centered care, with thorough documentation and Open Access coverage.

Qualifications

• Masters degree required.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Licensure or certification in Missouri: PLPC/LPC/PLMFT/LMFT/LMSW/LCSW.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy to adults.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Deliver crisis intervention and Open Access triage when needed.
• Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team.
• Document thoroughly and maintain compliance with regulations.
• Support licensure supervision for clinicians where applicable.

Support Adults on Their Recovery Journey Through Compassionate Counseling Compass Health Network is seeking a licensed therapist to join our Adult Outpatient team. In this meaningful role, you'll provide individual therapy, treatment planning, and crisis intervention for adults experiencing mental health and/or substance use challenges. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you'll support clients through person-centered, integrated care-helping them build the tools needed to improve daily functioning and enhance overall wellbeing. This is a full-time, benefit-eligible position.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy and support services to adult clients
• Serve as a team coordinator for referrals, waitlists, and client care (particularly in CSTAR/OUD settings if applicable)
• Conduct clinical assessments and complete treatment plans in collaboration with persons served
• Provide triage services during Open Access hours, when needed
• Deliver culturally competent services that align with the unique needs of each person
• Maintain complete, accurate, and timely documentation in accordance with agency and state regulations
• Interface and coordinate care with other internal and external service providers to ensure wraparound support
• Offer crisis intervention services during daytime hours per agency protocol
• Participate in treatment team meetings and quality assurance activities
• Provide licensure supervision (if applicable)
• Meet agency-defined productivity standards and customer care expectations
• Attend all required training and maintain compliance with funders and accrediting bodies

Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Masters's degree required At least two (2) years of relevant experience preferred Licensure / Certification (One of the Following Required) Provisionally or fully licensed in Missouri: PLPC, LPC, PLMFT, LMFT, LMSW, or LCSW
