Job summary

Compass Health Network is seeking a licensed therapist to join our Adult Outpatient team in Odessa, MO. In this full-time role, you’ll provide individual therapy, treatment planning, and crisis intervention for adults facing mental health and/or substance use challenges.

You’ll work within a multidisciplinary team delivering person-centered, integrated care, while growing in licensure supervision and meeting productivity and documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work or psychology is required.
• Provisionally or fully licensed in Missouri: PLPC, LPC, PLMFT, LMFT, LMSW, or LCSW.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy and support services to adult clients.
• Serve as a team coordinator for referrals, waitlists, and client care (CSTAR/OUD settings).
• Conduct clinical assessments and complete treatment plans with persons served.
• Provide triage services during Open Access hours as needed.
• Deliver culturally competent services and maintain compliant documentation.
• Interface with internal and external providers to ensure wraparound care.

Education

Support Adults on Their Recovery Journey Through Compassionate Counseling

Compass Health Network is seeking a licensed therapist to join our Adult Outpatient team. In this meaningful role, you’ll provide individual therapy, treatment planning, and crisis intervention for adults experiencing mental health and/or substance use challenges.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you’ll support clients through person-centered, integrated care—helping them build the tools needed to improve daily functioning and enhance overall wellbeing.

This is a full-time, benefit-eligible position. Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy and support services to adult clients
• Serve as a team coordinator for referrals, waitlists, and client care (particularly in CSTAR/OUD settings if applicable)
• Conduct clinical assessments and complete treatment plans in collaboration with persons served
• Provide triage services during Open Access hours, when needed
• Deliver culturally competent services that align with the unique needs of each person
• Maintain complete, accurate, and timely documentation in accordance with agency and state regulations
• Interface and coordinate care with other internal and external service providers to ensure wraparound support
• Offer crisis intervention services during daytime hours per agency protocol
• Participate in treatment team meetings and quality assurance activities
• Provide licensure supervision (if applicable)
• Meet agency-defined productivity standards and customer care expectations
• Attend all required training and maintain compliance with funders and accrediting bodies

Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work or psychology required

• Provisionally or fully licensed in Missouri:
  • PLPC, LPC, PLMFT, LMFT, LMSW, or LCSW
