Job summary

Compass Health Network is seeking a licensed therapist to join our Adult Outpatient team. You’ll provide individual therapy, treatment planning, and crisis intervention for adults facing mental health and/or substance use challenges, in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work or psychology required.
• Licensed in Missouri (PLPC, LPC, PLMFT, LMFT, LMSW, or LCSW) or provisionally licensed.
• Experience with adult mental health and/or substance use treatment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy and support services to adult clients.
• Serve as a team coordinator for referrals, waitlists, and client care in CSTAR/OUD settings if applicable.
• Conduct clinical assessments and complete treatment plans with persons served.
• Provide triage services during Open Access hours as needed.
• Deliver culturally competent services aligned with each person’s needs.
• Maintain thorough documentation in line with agency and state regulations.
• Interface with internal and external providers to ensure wraparound support.
• Provide licensure supervision (if applicable).
• Meet productivity standards and customer care expectations.
• Attend required trainings and maintain compliance with funders and accrediting bodies.

Compass Health Network is seeking a licensed therapist to join our Adult Outpatient team. In this meaningful role, you’ll provide individual therapy, treatment planning, and crisis intervention for adults experiencing mental health and/or substance use challenges.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you’ll support clients through person-centered, integrated care — helping them build the tools needed to improve daily functioning and enhance overall wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements, Skills, Knowledge And Expertise

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work or psychology required

Licensure

• Provisionally or fully licensed in Missouri:
• PLPC, LPC, PLMFT, LMFT, LMSW, or LCSW
