Firefly Children & Family Alliance is currently seeking a Therapist for our Residential Facility in Indianapolis, IN. The Shelter Therapist provides trauma-informed therapeutic services to youth residing in the Emergency Shelter Care (ESC) program. The Therapist works collaboratively with direct care staff, case managers, respite families, and community partners to support youth stabilization, emotional well-being, treatment planning, and successful discharge outcomes. This position requires flexibility in scheduling and includes after school and evening hours.
