Therapist QMHP Bilingual Child & Adolescent
$1,000 Sign-on Bonus
The Association for Individual Development (AID) is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering individuals with physical, developmental, intellectual, and mental health challenges, as well as those who have experienced trauma or are at risk. We are seeking a Therapist Qualified Mental Health Professional - Bilingual Child & Adolescent, licensed or pending licensure in Behavioral Health, who shares our mission and is committed to making a positive community impact.
Schedule: First shift, with some evenings required
Responsibilities:
- Provide counseling and case management services to primarily child and adolescent clients diagnosed with mental illness, working collaboratively within a team of behavioral health providers.
- This role may include remote work components, which are discretionary and based on performance and operational needs.
- Attend scheduled work hours, including evenings as necessary.
- Conduct individual, couples, family, and group counseling for adults and children.
- Complete clinical assessments in accordance with program funders and administrative rules.
- Provide case management services as needed.
- Complete all documentation promptly, including assessments, encounters, and consents.
- Meet service provision and billing standards.
- Maintain required certifications and trainings.
- Adhere to AID’s Code of Ethics, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain professionalism regardless of personal issues.
- Fluency in written and verbal Spanish and English.
- Promote awareness and respect for diversity among clients, staff, and stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a human services field
- Licenses or certifications such as LPC, LCPC, LSW, or LCSW (preferred)
- Clinical experience with children or adolescents (required)
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both verbal and written
Additional Requirements:
- Schedule and conduct treatment planning meetings as needed
- Gather input from clients and stakeholders to improve services
- Provide outcome evaluation data to supervisors
- Maintain positive professional relationships with agencies, colleagues, and clients
- Assist clients in maintaining public entitlements as necessary
- Participate in agency committees
- Offer outreach services to clients unable or unwilling to attend office-based services
