About the Role:

As a PRN Therapist, you will play a critical role in supporting individuals and families through various mental health challenges by providing compassionate, evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Your work will focus on assessing clients' psychological needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and facilitating individual, group, and family therapy sessions to promote emotional well-being and resilience. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and provide crisis intervention when necessary to support clients in acute distress. This role requires a deep understanding of behavioral health principles and the ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to diverse populations and life transitions. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to improving clients' quality of life by fostering healthier coping mechanisms and emotional growth.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field.
  • Valid state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience in mental health counseling, including individual and group therapy.
  • Strong knowledge of crisis intervention techniques and behavioral health principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to ethical practice.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with diverse populations across different age groups and cultural backgrounds.
  • Specialized training or certification in family therapy, anger management, or trauma-informed care.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and teletherapy platforms.
  • Additional credentials such as Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) or equivalent.
  • Experience in community outreach or program development related to mental health services.
