Ellie Mental Health is a multi-location private practice in Missouri seeking a licensed mental health professional to manage a full-time caseload of 25 client hours weekly across Lee's Summit, Independence, State Line Rd, and North Oak locations.

We handle client inquiries, scheduling, insurance contracting, and billing so you can focus on therapy and client outcomes. Flexible scheduling and work-from-home options are available, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral science or related field with active licensure progress.
• Clinical licence in Missouri (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW).
• Experience completing diagnostic tools, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
• Familiarity with therapy services, insurance billing, and mental health documentation.
• Proficiency with standard office technology and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and maintain documentation per policy.
• Maintain a full-time caseload of 25 client hours per week.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic healing and collaborate with a supportive team.
• Bring creativity to interventions to help clients meet and exceed goals.
• Submit individual session documentation per company guidelines.
